River Run Bancorp is very pleased to announce that Lynda Reissman has joined the organization as Senior Vice President, Chief Retail Officer. In this role, she is responsible for leading the Bank's community-based retail network – driving growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The role will oversee all aspects of retail banking, including sales, service, product development, compliance, and leveraging innovative technology to meet customer needs. In addition, developing strategic initiatives to expand deposit growth, support lending efforts, and enhance the Bank's competitive edge by optimizing branch performance and implementing innovative banking solutions. She will report to Jamie Thompson, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.
Ms. Reissman holds an MS in Project Management from Boston University, and a BS in Business Administration from Concordia College. In addition, she is a graduate of the School of Retail Bank Management, Consumer Bankers Association, Furman University. Ms. Reissman is very active in the community with The League of Women Voters - Speakers Bureau, Chairwoman of The Danny Fund, Board Member of the Alley Pond Environmental Center, and Sanctuary for Families, the Harlem Children's Zone and West Side Campaign Against Hunger.
